These stairs are well thought about and designed to be very unique. Though it would be good to import figures of people into your SketchUp model to provide viewers the sense of scale of these stairs, allowing us to see if these sets of stairs are practical to climb up. If you can import the figures and upload these pictures again it would be great.
I like the concept of the spiral stair case you designed but I believe you need some sort of central support or another method of supporting each tread. Have you thought of how they will be supported? At the moment they appear to be just floating. Also some treads appear to be at an impractical angle and makes it seem impossible to climb. Try to angle them properly so it will not be like a hike up Mount Everest.
The second set of stairs you have designed is a nice set of cantilevered stairs. My concerns is that the arches above the treads may be too low? A person walking up these sets of stairs may hit their head. Again if you can import figures of people into your model it would really help.
If you would like to take my advice and fix up these problems it would be great. Hope to see any new pictures of these sets of stairs with improvements on them.
