meeting space& the ramp

the ramp with the curve shape is made up by groups of concrete cubes. The structur imitates the wave from the ocean.

The ramp is used to connect the meeting spaces and the lab.

The end of the ramp has the shape again related to wave and the sea. As the ending part is bended to try to cover the meeting space underneath, the concept 'veil' is revealed again.

this part of the meeting space is built by subtraction which gives the space a dark, solid feel. furthermore, this describes the formal meeting space.

on the other hand, this part of the meeting space is located between the two labs and it is hanging out of the wall. it has a light, casual, creative feeling comparing to the first part of the meeting space.

the differernt heights of the featuring columns creates a image of the wave, and the arrangement of the columns forms another'veil' for the meeting space.

the meeting space is decided to be an open area for two clients to sharing their ideas.
